Be positive and do things that make you happy
- Make sure you get enough good quality rest
- Have small meals but more often, although avoid eating late at nights
- Eat as clean and natural food as possible and avoid anything highly processed and artificial (eg. flavourings, sweeteners, colours etc)
- Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables, prefer the ones in season
- Chew properly and don't eat when in hurry
- Make sure you also get enough liquid and fibre
- Enjoy Food and try different things!
- Get regular excercise, start a new sport: dance, yoga, rock climbing, canooing...
